Waitangi

In Social studies, we have been doing something that involves Waitangi Day.
And the history of it.

Learning Objective: Understand what the treaty of Waitangi is and why it's important.

What I already knew
I knew some stuff about Waitangi Day since I learnt some from Primary school but I've forgotten what.

What I found interesting
I also found it interesting that it's on February why? Because its the same month as my Birthday.
(WHOOOOOO Lucky me???)

What I would like to know
I'd like to know what would have happened if the treaty was not signed

A Slideshow of Waitangi that I made in Social Studies.

  1. Hi Ruby, it's Summer. I really like how you laid out your blog post, however, there are some things in the slideshow itself that need to be corrected.
Some words in the slideshow need to be capitalized and some of the sentences don't make that much sense.
Otherwise, what did you enjoy most about making this presentation?

  2. Hi Ruby! I really how you wrote in paragraphs so we could understand. I think you really are lucky that thats the day of your birthday. You did really great. I to wonder if the Treaty wasn't signed. If you were to answer this question, what would you say?
