PE II Fitness

Week 10's coming to an end and week 11's coming in.
So much has gone down this week which also includes PE and our made schedules.

Today my PE warm-up was some the same as Mondays, but a few changes were made

Warm-Up: Skipping
20 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups
25 Squats
Skip for 1 min
Run 2 laps of court
25 Lunges
Plank for 45 seconds
50 Star Jumps
5 Burpees
30 Punches

This was Todays Warm-up and Exercise for me.
I feel I did good today, I'm proud of the Sit Up's the most though as I feel I did them a bit faster than last time.
