Reflective II PE

3 More weeks till the end of the term and 9 more periods of PE, during last week I didn't do PE due to an injury this week Monday however I did do PE, I did a bit of a warm-up and after I went to the training room, I decided I wanted to try and use the weights for my arms and muscles, so I spent most of my period using them.

The warm-up
Warm-U: Weights
20 Sit-Ups
10 Push-Ups
25 Squats
Skip for 1 min
Run 2 Laps of Court
Lunges (25)
Plank for 45 seconds
40 Star Jumps
5 Burpees
30 Punches

I don't know much of how far I'm going in progress due to only starting yesterday, but I enjoyed yesterday even though I just started yesterday. And I hope that I can achieve my goal in the end.
